Silent Films Silent Films explores the notion of stillness and movement as well as the act of reading and speaking in relation to time. One channel shows the text written on the rocks with water, drying out, obscuring the letters as time passes. The other channels display actions that appear to be very slow or repetitive. This piece is a contemplation on the ephemerality of spoken words and an imagining its fragmentation in memories.
